"This was the second time staying at this location, this time for 2 nights (We extended our stay) due to its proximity to Palermo and other sights as well as a wonderful attentive host and a very nice place. This is a new building, very well kept, secure parking within gated area. "The location of this property and the view was amazing! As advertised, right across the street is the sea and you get a wonderful view of the sunset in the evening! Beach is walkable and easy to access from the hotel, and the breakfast and dinner options were all fantastic. Staff was very helpful with any questions that I had and parking was in abundance compared to other places I've stayed at in Italy. They even have a parking garage!"
