"The location of this property and the view was amazing! As advertised, right across the street is the sea and you get a wonderful view of the sunset in the evening! Beach is walkable and easy to access from the hotel, and the breakfast and dinner options were all fantastic. Staff was very helpful with any questions that I had and parking was in abundance compared to other places I've stayed at in Italy. They even have a parking garage!"

"We had a very late arrival and found the place after much difficulty. However the host was thorough in getting us checked in. The room was very cold, although a bedroom heater was beginning to warm us up. Just as we were settling in we discovered a water leak in the bathroom. Called the host who sent someone over right away. Unfortunately we had to change rooms and again everything was stone cold. Beds were comfy and clean. Old Sicilian house is charming. Would have rated this higher if we had...

"This place sucks. No room service. When u call the front desk for something they don’t answer. We had a leak in the room and no one came I had to clean it up myself. "

"We rented a villa which was very close to the sea but as patio doors had no screen, we could never let the doors open. Room was poorly decorated but otherwise very clean. The site is beautiful, however it has no beach and had only one access to the see. The food was disapponting, below standard for that type of resort. Will not return."

"Property has everything including being convenient to Palermo airport. Excellent breakfast included. Helpful staff. All the amenities. Short walk to wonderful beach. Or just sit on terrace having drinks and watch sunset. Free parking. Great way to start or finish trip. More like villas. Ping Pong. Gorgeous pool. But not overrun with kids. Great place to dine if you don't wish to go out."
