"Me, my wife, and kid greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Everything exceed our expectations. The room was clean, with comfortable bed, and modern furniture, on a quiet street. "Highly recommended! The experience is really amazing. From a typical southern Italy family, my friend appreciated the fab traditional decorations in the shared space once entering the living room. The room is spacious with two beds. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is clean and well equipped. Gabriele also suggested a very nice dinner place for us which was very delicious! We will be back when visiting Palermo again :) "

"EXCEPTIONAL 10/10 The experience at Domia was amazing. The facility itself is a beautiful and elegant high end boutique hotel with great rooms and common areas. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner, Angela, is often on site overseeing operations and the impact is noticeable. She’s very hands on in managing the day to day operations and the attention to detail and service excellence is awesome. The in house restaurant is excellent and upscale. The location is a 5 min walk from a beautiful beach, with great dining options within 10-15 mins walk. The city centre of Palermo is a 25 mins car ride away. We will definitely come back to this hotel! "

Great House, but Definitely Has Flaws

"We stayed here twice in a week. We left for Favignana for two nights then came back. The first half was okay. The gate wasn't opening, hot tub did not work (it never worked the entire duration of our stay) and the pool was too cold to get in. We were never told about these things not working. There was no extra trash bags - we were provided one. The beds were not comfortable. The location is not great - you are close to the Zen and not close enough to Mondello. When we came back for our second half, the place was cleaned but toilet paper was not replaced, no paper towels, and again no trash bags. The downstairs bathroom did not have a toliet seat. The upstairs AC did not work very well - it was extremely hot up there. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only perk was the size of the house with 8 people."

Fantastic pool surrounded by a 10,000 square meters of private garden

"Big property but needs total update. Advertised as air conditioned but only had air con in 4 bedrooms. None in the 5th or any downstairs areas. Family of 9 and couldnt use the 5th bedroom due to heat of 33° plus. Villa clean but worn out. Not advertised as having a well for water supply so couldnt drink it. Had to use bottled water for most things. Only positive of that was no water restrictions during the drought.Had power cuts daily. Couldnt use air con with oven on or washing machine. Had a big problem on one night that lead to repair work to electric supply over 1day and half. Pool area is large but again could do with some attention. No comfy seat outside just wooden dining chairs to sit on. We had a good time but wasnt what we were expecting. Could be an amazing villa with some investment. Emiliano the host was excellent. Any problem we had he responded to quickly and resolved it."

"The villa was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful garden, pool, outdoor kitchen and dinning/lounge area which was just renovated and beautifully done with a nice cover for rain/shade. We also loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. The inside was very clean, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and good air conditioning. The views also from the place are amazing. It was nice little piece of paradise! Our family loved staying here very much!"

New elegant Villa EMANUELE in Mondello Beach

Great place for families!

"This how was great! Also, Pietro was so informative and helpful. The house has security which made us feel better with our passports. Highly recommend it for families. My son is crawling and turned 1 while here so it was so nice there was a baby gate, play pen, and highchair, along with other baby kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and not a bad walk to the beach!"
