"Very sorry to leave this review, I am 188cm tall, I booked a single room, there was no information prior to say the shower and ceiling height was massively reduced in size, I could not stand up to shower, I have a neck injury and it was very uncomfortable. "Highly recommended! The experience is really amazing. From a typical southern Italy family, my friend appreciated the fab traditional decorations in the shared space once entering the living room. The room is spacious with two beds. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is clean and well equipped. Gabriele also suggested a very nice dinner place for us which was very delicious! A lovely welcome

"We have rented many holiday homes but Viviana's welcome pack is the most generous by far. Much appreciated! The house is well equipped and the large garden is gated and therefore ideal for young children. The house is well sited for many places of interest and Mondello it lovely and has good places to eat. If, like us, you would prefer not to drive into Palermo, the local railway station has free parking and an hourly service into the centre of the city. Viviana was lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed meeting her."

"propriété agee mais bien entrenue. Acces securitaire et stationnement privé et securitaire. Les proprietaires disponibles, nous font visiter le voisinage, nous conseilles ou aller faire nos achats. L’acces a la plage facile à quelques minutes de marche.. Le mieux de tout, est; pas vraiment besoin d’un vehicule. Voyager par bus,,train partout en Sicile et moin cher et rapide. Expérience superbe. "

Great House, but Definitely Has Flaws

"We stayed here twice in a week. We left for Favignana for two nights then came back. The first half was okay. The gate wasn't opening, hot tub did not work (it never worked the entire duration of our stay) and the pool was too cold to get in. We were never told about these things not working. There was no extra trash bags - we were provided one. The beds were not comfortable. The location is not great - you are close to the Zen and not close enough to Mondello. When we came back for our second half, the place was cleaned but toilet paper was not replaced, no paper towels, and again no trash bags. The downstairs bathroom did not have a toliet seat. The upstairs AC did not work very well - it was extremely hot up there. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only perk was the size of the house with 8 people."

"The villa was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful garden, pool, outdoor kitchen and dinning/lounge area which was just renovated and beautifully done with a nice cover for rain/shade. We also loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. The inside was very clean, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and good air conditioning. The views also from the place are amazing. It was nice little piece of paradise! Our family loved staying here very much!"

New elegant Villa EMANUELE in Mondello Beach

Great place for families!

"This how was great! Also, Pietro was so informative and helpful. The house has security which made us feel better with our passports. Highly recommend it for families. My son is crawling and turned 1 while here so it was so nice there was a baby gate, play pen, and highchair, along with other baby kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and not a bad walk to the beach!"
