"We went for a romantic getaway. We wanted a seaside town with a very relaxing atmosphere and a convenient hotel and a convenient and safe location. This was perfect. The staff was unbelievable the food and the breakfast was awesome. They were very very personable. Excellent private parking. Easy access to the local shops and the city center on the beach. "Highly recommended! The experience is really amazing. From a typical southern Italy family, my friend appreciated the fab traditional decorations in the shared space once entering the living room. The room is spacious with two beds. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is clean and well equipped. Gabriele also suggested a very nice dinner place for us which was very delicious! Paradise On The Outskirts of Palermo

"This was the perfect spot for me and my group of friends to relax after a bustling day in Palermo. Our host Gabriele was very attentive and punctual. He was already there waiting on us to check in and was right on time when we were ready to check out. The property is gated and very private. We only wish we could have visited when it was warmer to enjoy the pool, but that shouldn't deter you as it made a great place for us to sit out and relax. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"EXCEPTIONAL 10/10 The experience at Domia was amazing. The facility itself is a beautiful and elegant high end boutique hotel with great rooms and common areas. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner, Angela, is often on site overseeing operations and the impact is noticeable. She’s very hands on in managing the day to day operations and the attention to detail and service excellence is awesome. The in house restaurant is excellent and upscale. The location is a 5 min walk from a beautiful beach, with great dining options within 10-15 mins walk. The city centre of Palermo is a 25 mins car ride away. We will definitely come back to this hotel! "

Great House, but Definitely Has Flaws

"We stayed here twice in a week. We left for Favignana for two nights then came back. The first half was okay. The gate wasn't opening, hot tub did not work (it never worked the entire duration of our stay) and the pool was too cold to get in. We were never told about these things not working. There was no extra trash bags - we were provided one. The beds were not comfortable. The location is not great - you are close to the Zen and not close enough to Mondello. When we came back for our second half, the place was cleaned but toilet paper was not replaced, no paper towels, and again no trash bags. The downstairs bathroom did not have a toliet seat. The upstairs AC did not work very well - it was extremely hot up there. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only perk was the size of the house with 8 people."

Very nice holiday

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary. (Can be bought at reception) Beach is rocky which we actually liked. There is a sandy beach 15 min walk but it is very busy. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. Reception staff very nice with excellent English. There is a restaurant in the complex. we only tried pizza there which was nice. Free parking and possibility to use tennis courts without extra charge. "
