My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it"

The staff could not have been better and even gave us an extra room for no additional charge in order to give our foursome more space! The breakfast was unbelievable!
