"Sooo… the Riad in good location, walkable every where , 2 minutes Bahia Palace, 8-10 minutes to Koutoubia and El Jemma square, 5 minutes to Souk. Lots of dining places. As for Riad, old, rooms small, i had twin room just for myself it was small, there were 3 beds actually. Breakfast is bread pita, crepes, coffee,juice, olives. No fruits, no eggs- was a problem for me as I am more on eating healthy staff and was craving for normal breakfast. But 3 minutes walk there is a small like street place...

"A true gem at a budget price. We had an enormous family room (two queen sized beds). The most wonderful mosaics and the most quirky bath/shower I have ever seen. The owner/manager was lovely and showed true Moroccan hospitality. Communication great prior to arrival too! Lovely seating areas both downstairs and upstairs. Near a main road for a taxi or 25 min walk to the Medina. Is close to the airport as well. Fully recommend for a budget option in a traditional Marrakesh villa. "
