"Lots of parking, lovely dining room and food. Hot tub, swimming pool and sauna on site, which was great and a very welccome surprise. Our room was excellent, extremely warm and comfy, and with amazing views. Aa very easy walk into town for mooching round the shops and pubs etc, plus of course the castle ruins. Very happy and would happily return please. "

"The staff at the hotel were fantastic and I found it an overall lovely experience. I was a tad concerned about the practicalities of not having an en suite, but the private bathroom was absolutely fine. I did find the bed wasn’t the comfiest, but for the price I was overall very pleased. One downside was how noise traveled - footsteps were felt from upstairs and rattled the door, making it hard to sleep (especially with a young family upstairs struggling to put their child to sleep - not...
