"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. Frühstück kostet 15 Euro und war qualitativ ok, aber irgendwie dysfunktional. Das Personal war völlig überfordert, Besteck, Teller und Speisen (z.B. Rührei) wurden nicht nachgefüllt. "

"The staff at Hotel Diana were wonderful and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was a lovely spread of a European continental breakfast with meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, and fruits. The staff kept it well stocked and clean throughout the breakfast service. They surrounding area of the hotel had a wonderful view - we enjoyed watching the sunset from the hotel the evenings that we were here. Would definitely recommend it to others and return for another stay! "

"Been on the road for 3 weeks and this was the last night. I can safely say this was the worst by a long way. Corridors smell,!uncomfortable and cold room. Very poor bathroom, very basic breakfast, weak coffee. Evening staff fine, morning miserable. Think walls and noisy doors. Just absolute rubbish. Will not be returning!"

"The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."
