Amazing place. The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Spacious room and very comfy beds. The breakfasts buffet is a big plus, with freshly baked baguettes and madeleines!

The property was clean and we had large rooms. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The hammam is only available on request. The people at the reception are practical, but are helpfull when asked.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming - the waitress from the bar not so much! We didn't eat in the restaurant as it was quite expensive. Suite was lovely but quite spartan. We found the beds quite uncomfortable and, although there were 5 of us, there were only two mugs?? Shower was good but bathroom was tiny. Use of the pool and hot tub was great and the children really enjoyed it. Late check out time was a bonus too. Baldersheim appeared to be a lovely town - very clean and pretty.

Great ski stopover
Good ski stop. Lovely whirlpool, sauna, steam and pool. Friendly staff and good food for evening meal and good range of breakfast items. Scramble seemed a little processed but that’s all I’d ‘knock’. Parking availability was slightly tight, arriving mid evening.

The property is really nice with a nice and quiet atmosphere. The staff is super attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. The only negative was the stairs on the suite which are not easy when you need to carry luggage. Otherwise, a 10 out of 10 and a number 1 choice is we are in the area again.

They have some koi in front of hotel and they don’t take good care of water/fish. It’s the first and the last impression. Sad.

A little disappointing
I chose this hotel after reading quite a few positive reviews, and was honestly a little disappointed by our stay. The good: clean bathrooms and linens. Lovely indoor pool area. Proximity to the highway makes it a great stopping point on a long drive. The bad: the hotel reception and corridors smelled like cigarette smoke, the pillows were old, lumpy and smelled like other people's unwashed sweaty heads This made it impossible to sleep as every time I moved, I got a whiff of it. The night receptionist that was there when we arrived was very nice, but since there is only one desk, there always seems to be a queue.

Overall the hotel was easy to find, set in a quaint little town, beautifully presented from the outside. Our room was great, clean and tidy and worked for us as a family. The swimming pool and spa was excellent and easy to access. Would should have pre booked dinner before arrival, the restaurant in the hotel was lovely, food excellent but we couldn’t get a table until really late in the evening, which was not ideal with two children. We’d been driving all day so did not want venture back out and no other immediate choices for food. When we did get dinner we thoroughly enjoy it however, once we got seated. There was a bar facility out the hotel building, next door, we bought one drink at 6pm and with all of the outside seating taken with customers, they closed up and that was it, no more bar….this left us with a long wait between then and dinner. Plenty of parking and very helpful front desk staff. We had a good stay.

Dans l’ensemble on va dire que cest correct le seul gros gros bémols c’est que nous sommes venus un week-end sans les enfants pour être au calme et au lieu de sa deux gamins était dans la salle de détente (jacuzzi,piscine ,sauna ) à sauter dans la piscine comme si nous étions à la piscine publique (alors que lors de notre réservation il était bien stipulé que les enfants n’avais pas accès au coin détente ) bémol qui au final et assez important pour nous et nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne le recommandons pas non plus piscine trop froide jacuzzi pas chaud les chambres son en face du restaurant et du coins détente obligé de sortir et de traverser la route pour y avoir accès …. Vraiment pas top en février ..

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern da (7Jahre und 9 Monate). Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr sehr klein aber sauber. Kein Aufzug im Gästehaus vorhanden. Wir mussten dann bis in den 2 Stock alles tragen.das frühstück war für 45€ (2erwachsene 1 Kind) viel zu teuer. Frühstück gab es nur bis 10:00 Uhr, es gab kein frisches geschnittenes Obst und Gemüse. Für zwei Tage war es trotzdem wirklich ok & wir würden wieder kommen. Am Abend waren wir Restaurante mit Freunden essen. Kinderstühle sind vorhanden. Wir hatte uns für die Menüs entschieden. War wirklich sehr lecker. Der Karpfen und die Käseplatte Karpfen waren leider enttäuschen, da sie relativ geschmacklos waren. Aber der Rest war super lecker. Wir können es trotzdem sehr empfehlen! Die Creme Brühle war Mega! Schade das Kinder ab 17:00 Uhr nicht mehr in den Spa Bereich dürfen und schade das die Sauna nur bei 60 Grad war.. nicht bei 75/80 wie angekündigt.

Gutes Stadthotel
Hotel ist optimal für einen Kurzurlaub in der Region Mühlhausen. Gute Erreichbarkeit und genügend Parkplätze. Gutes Restaurant, einwandfreier Service. Durch die Lage etwas ausserhalb sehr ruhig. Einzig zu bemängeln sind die etwas schlecht isolierten Fenster, welche sich aber lediglich im Winter bemerkbar machen.
