I did not like that the room did not have a small refrigerator, this as the only hotel i have stayed at through my month long trip in Europe that did not have a small fridge in the room, but other than that it was a very lovely stay. "Very clean hotel, spacious rooms and excellent location when having to catch early transportation. The only negative I would say is I booked this hotel in particular for the location, but more so because it had a pool. The pool looks far bigger in the pictures. 3-4 kids in there is almost enough to fill it. Pool and all areas were also very clean. "

"We bored here as it was convenient (and very well priced) during our trip from London to Italy. The staff were excellent, couldn’t be more helpful. Very welcoming! The room was spotless!! "

"This property is beautiful. We had a comfortable king bed and the bathroom was huge and moderm. Love that they provide robes and slippers. On the website the pictures are the main hotel. Our room was across the street (Diana Collection) which we were surprised why we are not in the main hotel. I was told they have 3 building. I wish I knew that they have 3 buildings because I would have requested to be in the main hotel. Where the reception, lobby, bar etc are located. I have to acknowledge the staff who are very helpful, friendly, accommodating in every possible way. The location of the hotel is 15 min from the Colmar train station. It is right by Petite Venice and old town. Tons on restaurants in the area and souvenir shops. Everything is walking distance. I recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Stayed 2 nites. "
