"Once we arrived, everything was okay, but finding the hotel was difficult because the sat nav took us to the other side of the motorway, which is an extra 20 minutes on the journey. The hotel should use what3words on their directions."

"Booking in was easy & our room was available and we got access straight away , all the staff were welcoming & friendly . Our room was lovely & comfortable & the breakfast was excellent, would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely stay, with unexpected extras, like the sloe gin sample in the room, coffee machine & kettle, pillow mist & lovely toiletries - some really lovely touches - room styling was very bespoke, with quality décor, styling & was very well presented. Service levels do need improvement however, with the need for additional hospitality staff training & attentiveness, whilst not forgetting previous table service requests - the restaurant was only 1/3 full, but the staff looked very overrun.
