"This is our second time staying at this hotel. We booked the Basic Twin Room. The bathroom is quite old. It was very different to where we stayed in last year (we got a "new" room). I think this needs to be renovated, but the room itself is quite comfy, except the air conditioner. We tried to set the temperature to the lowest with high fan, but the room was still hot and stuffy especially when sleeping. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with the stay. "There are many different choices of onsens in the ryokan. The staff are excellent as well, their english proficiency is one of the best I’ve seen as well.
