Staff were friendly and offered great ideas when we inquired about dining etc. There is construction in the Condado area but fortunately this little gem offered a plant and flower-filled oasis for us to rest and restore. "I was pleasantly surprised..some reviews were negative. Rooms with outside balconies were louder due to street noise but if you are generally an early riser it will be fine! The hot tubs were not hot and my shower was not hot either but the vibe was old San Juan and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the bar as well "
