"We had a great vacation here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and each room has an ocean view. There are only about 200 rooms so it's quiet and peaceful and we never had trouble getting a pool or beach chair and umbrella. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The ceiling fan in our room wasn't working properly and when I mentioned it to the front desk the maintenance guys went straight to the room and had it fixed immediately. The Mahi Mahi grill is the only restaurant at the property and the only one you will need. They have lots of daily fresh seafood specials all very well done and with large portions. The food was so good we didn't bother to go out for meals because we didn't think we could find anywhere better! The beach is beautiful and essentially private to the hotel. You will need to rent a car as there is nothing walkable from the hotel but there are restaurants and grocery stores just a few miles away. The rooms have a full kitchen including an oven and dishwasher so you can do some of your own meals if you want. We would highly recommend this property."

"We recently stayed at the Condado Ocean Club to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, accepting, and accommodating. I had pre-arranged for our room to be decorated before check-in, and they made sure everything was beautifully set up. Although the décor noted “30 years” instead of 10, it was still romantic and added a fun, lighthearted touch to our celebration. The club itself is a fantastic place, but what truly made our stay exceptional were Marc and Carlos. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made our trip truly memorable. Marc, your dedication and long hours do not go unnoticed—your passion and the relationships you build with customers are evident and deeply appreciated. To Marc, Carlos, and the entire Condado Ocean Club team, thank you for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting the San Juan/Condado area! "
