"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean, fresh, well appointed and really nice. THE PROBLEM IS THE WI-FI IS SHOCKING AND USELESS. There is the general Mercure connection or a connection in your room. The signal is good .... the bad point is using a VPN it drips every 1 minute. This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. Unless this is solved I really can’t stay and work at...

"This hotel is well situated near a large shopping center and a metro stop. Also, there are nearby bus stops as well. The hotel itself seems to be well-maintained and the room is mostly comfortable. I say mostly because it always seems so hot in the rooms, even in the dead of winter. I always have to ask for a fan to offset the heat. I adjust the thermostat, but it doesn't seem to help. The breakfast buffet that was included with my stay is mostly terrible; it's VERY Chinese/Asian style. ...
