"This is a large property that offered many amenities. It is showing is it's age, and only one of the four elevators was working regularly during my visit. The housekeeping staff is to be applauded. I wish when they refreshed the rooms they would leave extra Kleenex/toilet paper. It was easy to get it at the front desk, but kind of an annoyance when the elevators weren't working. "Overall, this was a good stay. The hotell has a great location in the heart of the medical/downtown area. Which, was our primary reason for choosing it. We felt safe anf comfortable, buy the beds could use some updating to better mattresses. And, the fold out bed had some trash left under it that haf been overlooked during the last cleaning. We wouod recommend this location to others visiting. "

"Aaron at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and I was happy to meet him in person. Our room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. It appeared that it might not have been used in a while. The bathroom sink either had dust or left over shaving gunk. There were no trash bags in the containers which I felt was a little unsanitary. The price was reasonable for a weekend night. Beau's on the River was excellent and the bar afterward was charming and quaint."
