The hotel was great and walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants. The only drawback was that the pool and hot tub were not open. That’s part of the reason why we booked there so it was bummer to find we couldn’t use them. All else was great!

The location isn't bad just not convenient for someone who is traveling and then they offered parking pass without informing of the charge. Something fuzzy was left on bedding and the light up mirror did not work. I wanted to dine at the restaurant but no one ever bothered to seat me. There was also a big dog located at the front entrance and I understand people have disabilities but it was intimidating. I was glad to figure out room service was offered after not eating all day due to work. Upon checking out, the young lady with blonde hair at the desk made me uncomfortable by constantly bringing up a card for incidentals otherwise assuming that the room was left unkept. As a result the hotel itself is great but could use some work on the way the staff may approach people and the restaurant staff to be more attentive to most customers.

First time in Ohio; I was seeing a concert at Blossom Music Center. Ohio doesn't scream "safe and friendly" to me, so when I saw that this hotel was located near a college campus, I booked it, and I was not disappointed. The beautiful Cuyahoga Falls parks were just a short 20 minute drive. The music venue was just 30 minutes away from the hotel, and I also managed to see the Rock&Roll HOF before the concert. The hotel itself was very clean and safe and hardly occupied during the summer. Overall, a great experience.

We really liked the friendly, efficient check-in, modern decor, and well-appointed room. One thing we found concerning was a spot that looked like blood on the bottom of the fitted sheet on our bed. That made us question cleanliness although everything else appeared clean.

There was a dog that barked the entire time we were there, obviously locked up amd no people. We were awakened by a domestic incident as a man aggressively beat on the door and yelled at someone inside for over an hour starting at about 1:30am.
