The staff was wonderful. The property itself was very dirty and in need of a paint job. The hallway didn't smell great either. The room was pretty clean though.

The hotel was just average. Wasn't super clean, but also not unbearably dirty. We were there for 7 days and nobody serviced our room at all. We had to go down and keep asking for fresh towels and toilet paper. Only paid $550 for our time there, so you get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable though and the rooms seemed to have updated features as well.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Excellent service at the desk and friendly room service. Quiet and very clean rooms. That hot shower felt fantastic after a day of sightseeing. Can very highly recommend.

It was less than a mile from several restaurants ans a shopping center. Also, it was a 10-15 mins drive to downtown Cleveland with lots to do (restaurants, bars, casino, etc).

Love LaQuinta
This hotel had e-check-in and check-out. This made the process so easy. When we arrived, we just picked up our keys, but the staff greeted us with hospitality. The room was very clean and had all we needed. We ate dinner at the restaurant we walked to next door. The hotel was so close to our event (was at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse). We will stay here again!
