Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport, an IHG Hotel

Great customer service and comfort

"I had to make a quick detour to Cleveland for a family emergency and arrived at almost midnight. I reached out to the hotel and they had a friendly shuttle driver to me in 10 minutes. The room was clean and very comfortable with the best variety of pillows I’ve had in some time. (Very important!) The next day I again grabbed a last minute shuttle to my rental car. Super friendly staff. The only thing they could do better is COFFEE for the Keurig (my room had tea) or free coffee service in the lobby. "

"This Comfort Inn was a delightful surprise from all the other name brands we frequent on Steeks Corners. The staff was helpful and friendly (esp.Rhonda and Steven), its very clean, and convenient to everything!"
