"Rich gave us an upgrade at no additional charge due to a plumbing problem that he found prior to our arrival at the original location. The barn (upgrade) had an amazing view from the patio and we felt we were somewhere special. The barn was decorated beautifully and we could see stars through the many windows. "

"This place was perfect for a cozy family getaway for Thanksgiving! We loved all the different areas to have fun and relax together. The location was a nice distance from Cleveland - far enough to feel like we were "away" but close enough to avoid a long car ride. Karina was prompt and helpful in her communication. "Would not recommended this place. The internet only works well in the living room. The host does not let the guest control the temperature, so they had the heat blasting the whole time. The laundry is outside the unit and you have to walk outside up a staircase that was covered in ice and snow to do laundry and my husband slipped and fell down the stairs because they dont keep it de-iced. "
