"The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable for this brief stay before our long trip. The proximity to the airport was perfect! I do wish people could reserve their spots on the shuttle going to the airport because it would make it a little easier to plan. However, we had time to wait and this is such a benefit to even have a shuttle to use instead of only being able to get an Uber. I would gladly stay here again!"

"Great old style building and very convenietly located for riding the cable cars around town. There were also some great options close by for drinks and eats. My only conplaint was that the breakfast was a bit lacking. "

"We like the parking garage is right next to the hotel. However the insulation for the room is very poor and we woke up by the loud walking noise from upstairs 1am, 3am. we can even hear their conversation !! We had a lousy sleep. "
