"The host was prompt in replying to messages. We enjoyed the large dining room table. There were 9 of us. We originally had 10 but one was unable to make it. There were no wine glasses, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. There were no top sheets on the beds downstairs and the bathroom towels upstairs were all damp. There wasn’t any body wash or soap in the upstairs shower. Overall, though, we were very happy with our time spent there. "

"We enjoyed our stay. House looks great and everything was in good condition. The view from the living room is something that we enjoyed a lot. The location and neighborhood have a feeling of safety and having a space of off-street parking was excellent. Fridge needs a new light bulb and only one quarter of a kitchen paper towel was left for us. Those were the only two aspect that I can mention as improvements for a full 5 starts experience. "A perfect place for my family to stay for the week. There were 4 adults and one 4 year old - there were even toys for him to play with! The living room was super spacious, it was on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood even though it appears to be in a major road. Jerry was super responsive and incredibly kind and generous. It even felt like a real home, as opposed to many rental homes that feel cold and vacant. Overall, a great experience!"

"I grew up there & wanted to go back for a visit to my old neighborhood. The property is located on the beach rd I used to walk, ride my bike or even bring my horse up the beach rd. The house was like home to me. The house is cute & Immaculate, the manager was responsive & very nice. We enjoyed the stay & want to come back some day. Perfect. "
