"Tiny little room, only needed for one night. Loved being up on a high floor with a view, surprised I could still hear loud cars down on the street. Air con worked but not very well, and it was quite hot. I know a/c isn't common in European hotels, which is why I selected this one. Staff not very friendly. I asked if I could check my bag for a few hours on the morning I was checking out, the woman acted like I was a stranger off the street looking for a free service. Not a good feeling when...

"We had a good deal at this hotel, one night stay with breakfast for 2 people was £80. The hotel itself was modern and very clean, the room was comfortable with a decent size bathroom and big shower for a hotel. Breakfast was good too. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a few things that let it down though, firstly they charged me £20 to park there for the night!! Very cheeky, so really it was £100 for the night and I might have got a better deal. "Great on site parking right next to the races - room spacious and comfy bed - fridge ! But no water you had to purchase from reception - based on the cost think 2 bottles of comp water in the fridge would be a nice gesture - breakfast fresh and tasty a little busy but plenty of replenishment from staff "

"Very impressed with this place, way better than a lot of hotels who charge a hell of a lot more. Room very comfy, pillows and bed excellent. Breakfast was also in the top bracket. Excellent stay, will be back. "
