My back has been aching recently but the mattress in my room was very good and of just right level of stiffness so my back felt rested. The Spa was amazing and refreshing after each day of exploring. What pure enjoyment and great experience we had. Several shops/eats close by. There is also a cool amusement park close by down the street oh and also a shopping mall. "

Public onsen was beautiful and could be accessed privately late at night or during day (late morning/ early afternoon) and private onsen can be booked at reveption for 45 mins for 3300 yen. You are provided with slippers and a yukata for your stay as long as the usual amenities in your room. The breakfast, tea with cakes, and drinks reception with snacks daily was a lovely touch.
