"It is a beautiful property but the upkeep and maintenance is poor hence the property looks run down. Most of the staff are good but there is no genuine hospitality from them except a few of the staff that we encountered during the stay. We feel that the training of the staff is inadequate hence a lot of inconsistency in service standards. "I have to share that one night I forgot my purse at one of the bar/restaurants - it was late in the evening. I didnt realize I left it u til the next morning tho - thinking it would be gone I still asked the front desk - they told me to wait & a security guy came out w my purse!!! "Great service, very friendly staff. Clean hotel - can see the staff cleaning the common areas multiple times a day, room cleaning also great. Staff helped with booking the excursions as well. Shared kitchen was also nice - was able to store food in the fridge and make coffee in the morning "
