"First the staff was excellent. They were accommodating. They wanted me to be happy with my stay. There was a small hiccup but when I mentioned it to the front desk it was addressed immediately. A speedy response. Great personnel. My stay was short, only three days, and memorable. They assisted in some snafus that occurred while booking trips and tours and excursions. "We had an excellent 5 day stay here, from arrival to leaving all staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do enough to make sure the stay was pleasant. It’s a pretty new Riad not a hotel and has been painstakingly renovated to a high standard. Could have do with coffee/tea making facility in the room and a fridge. Would recommend."
