"From the moment I walked to the bar and announced I had a booking, I was spoilt. The staff could not have been nicer or more welcoming. My room was amazing, large tv, able to access sport as a diversion as I was there on a study trip. When you arrive on a Saturday arvo and the bistro is packed, you just know that the food and service will be outstanding. The Windsor Castle did not disappoint in any area. The staff informed me, upon check in, that there would be music playing after dinner....

Facility is aged and needs some basic maintenance, there was a tear in the carpet which was a trip hazard. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked beautifully. Overall I would recommend staying here for the cleanliness and comfort. "

The mobile line coverage was good, we have both Telstra and Vodafone. The Terrace marketplace is in 5-minute walking distance which is really convenient."
