All staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the free drink from the bar and the transport card that came with the room booking. Location great for shops, restaurants and supermarket. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room to save packing a travel kettle but would definitely stay here again if visiting Les...

"Good value in a great location. I had a room overlooking the lake - was quiet enough given the relatively busy street below. Nice little balcony as well. Check-in was easy. Some furnishings were a bit rough around the edges but everything was clean."
