"Hotel Del Mare has a fantastic location, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by some incredible restaurants, making it ideal for a relaxing seaside getaway. The proximity to the ocean and dining options added so much convenience and enjoyment to our stay. However, I did find myself wishing for a water refill station on the property. It would have been a simple yet impactful addition, especially for guests spending their days on the beach and needing easy access to drinking water....

"Nice view. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. The shower was tiny. Breakfast was good. Property allows pets but are not pet friendly. I was told that I cannot leave my pet in the room or allow her to sit next to me for breakfast. My dog is small, well behaved and sits in her crate. This meant my husband and I breakfasted separately and were unable to utilize the restaurant for dinner or drinks together. Disappointed. "

"The staff was amazing and very helpful with planning our excursions (hotel pick-up for excursions was a great surprise). We had a balcony with an amazing view though we didn't spend much time in our room to enjoy it. The hotel is far from the main areas of Sorrento with shopping & dining, but the shuttle bus was very convenient and easy to use. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we're fortunate enough to ever make it back to Sorrento."

"As are many smaller properties in Italy, stairs are required and in this case approximately 50 to get to the floor with the room . The desk personnel offered to have someone carry our bags but we foolishly declined. If anyone over 70 is making use of the facility, let them carry your bags. Breakfast was provided and Delicious as were the two restaurants associated with the property."

"The hotel was lovely and well kept. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean! It is in a great area and is a super walkable location. So much around to see and do. Would recommend!"
