They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. "The property and our room were very nice. We had a balcony with a view of Sorrento, across the water. We did not get a chance to use the pool, but the area looked very nice. If you are booking tours, I would recommend booking thru the hotel, as they will pick you up there. We made the mistake of booking one tour thru someone else and we had to walk 10 minutes to the bus stop, then take a bus to another city to pick up the tour. "The location is perfect, just steps from the water with lots of great dining options. Although difficult to get to it is worth the trek. The rooms are comfortable but very minimalistic. TV didn’t work and some of the fixtures are falling apart, but a very enjoyable stay."
