"Breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had when staying at different hotels. It was cold and we threw it away. The heavy lids for the eggs, bacon and French toast were difficult to deal with. And the pans/containers were warm at best. "

"Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. Good food in hotel restaurant. Specious rooms. Some noise from the outside, but that’s what you get when hotel is located in the city. Easy parking for small cars but more difficult for large SUV’s and trucks. Overall I like it and would stay again. "

"Neat and tidy property with easy parking, lots of maintained grassy areas, and easy to walk to restaurants, cafes, bakeries. Easy drive to Pt. Pelee, wineries, and other attractions. The room was clean and had pleanty of space (even with dogs) and had everything needed. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with great water pressure and a nice tub. Liked the tiled floors throughout. And it was a dog friendly place with a reasonable pet policy and fee. Lots of places to easily walk...

"This was my 3rd stay but first under the new (ish) owners. Checkin was easy. The code to the door worked, parking was close and accessible, and the room was well appointed. I had made an online request to have real cream for my coffee instead of the powered Coffeemate and I found a fresh pot of cream in my mini fridge upon arrival. The location was handy to my family’s home in south Walkerville and the neighbourhood was beautifully lit with Christmas lights and decorations. I would absolutely...

"A very beautiful moderized old house with much character and excellant relaxation common spaces and in house common breakfast eating space. With a very comfortable room and bed. I will go back again next time out this way."
