This property is the only cottage within the Conservation Area, and features a high level of privacy. The modern design is ideal for two adults and 4 children,and has a beautiful outdoor living space with gas barbecue, eating area, conversation area and fire pit. The dark skies in the park are perfect for evening star gazing. The interior includes modern conveniences such as a smart television, full size stove and fridge. Linens are provided, and there are laundry services available at the on-site seasonal campground.

Located in the heart of a mature Carolinian forest, this waterfront cottage at Holiday Beach Conservation Area is steps away from Lake Erie's sandy beach, with breathtaking views. Holiday Beach is globally recognized as an important bird area. Other park amenities include walking trails, boardwalks, a fishing pond, a 40 foot viewing tower overlooking the Big Creek wetland and large picnic areas. The park is conveniently located close to splash pads, wineries, historic sites and many restaurants.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
