"Lots of noisy unsupervised kids running around the lobby. Fortunately the room was quiet. Rainy day and the ceiling had a leak and a panel in the lobby. fell down. "Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas, breakfast bar, and room were very clean. We loved this part of our stay! However, the hotel pool was incredibly cloudy. We were unable to see the bottom of the pool and hair was throughout the water. This did bring the rating of the hotel down due to the condition of the pool and pool area.
