"The house and spaces were good for our group of 7 adults and 6 children. Basement was a good spot for a lot of play. Family enjoyed fun with ping pong and pool. Good location. However, there were several items that we all believed should have been better considering our rental: There were no garbage bags when we arrived, 1 dishwasher pod, the towels were ragged and very thin, inadequate toilet paper, the batteries in the fireplace candles were mostly dead. "We played at spooky nook and It was about 22 minutes to location but amenities were great for a large group. Short distance to shopping, grocery store and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen allowing us to eat meals in. Quiet neighborhood"
