"Very good experience, was an extremely cheap deal. Location: location is good but a little far from things, but taxis are cheap and public transport available and also cheap. Hotel: it's a very nice looking hotel with a great vibe though it was quiet when we went and you can see the hotel was built a couple decades ago and haven't been renovated too much. "Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very well maintained. The room was spacious but could have done with a soft armchair - only 2 firm, upright chairs were available. The bathroom was a weird shape and needed a bit of manoeuvring to get around the door to the toilet! There is air conditioning but appeared to be no heating options, which could be an issue in the winter. The bed was quite hard, but they fitted a mattress topper on request, which was a significant improvement....

"Paid for a superior renovated room which was fine except for the beds which were old and very uncomfortable. Food very good, lovely pool not too busy and great staff. Would stay again if they replaced the bed when renovating the rooms."

"Loved that it was so close to Yumbo! We had a room facing the pool and would recommend this if you don't want to be disturbed by noise coming from Yumbo at night. It's worth the small extra charge! "

Great value for money, though a little dated.

Hotel: it's a very nice looking hotel with a great vibe though it was quiet when we went and you can see the hotel was built a couple decades ago and haven't been renovated too much. Still very nice though. Facilities: hotel had all sorts facilities, 3 pools, pool, mini golf, tennis, basketball and a good view of maspalomas including the dunes in the distance. However the heated pools weren't heated much and we're too cold unless the weather was perfect Staff: very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room on arrival. Overall: overall the value for money really can't be beat and had a great stay, just wish it was longer!"
