"I’ve stayed a few times at this hotel to attend a course near the hotel. The hotel met my expectations every time. Although this time my room was on the lower level and I couldn’t find it after self check in. The signage of room numbers on this level could be better. I eventually found a member of staff who assisted me. Thank you."

Once booked I emailed to confirm the early check in has been added to our stay and got a fast response! "Like some previous reviewers have suggested, there are parts of the hotel that require some refurbishment, but overall the hotel is nice and very good value for the price.
