"I have had the opportunity of staying at this Haka House a few times and the staff is always so kind and helpful. The cleanliness is almost impeccable. I must say I did not enjoy my stay in a mixed 8 people dorm as much as the female 4 or mixed 4 or even the 2 person dorm because of the unbelievable lack of respect of so many people concerning night time noise, odours, lack of hygiene, having the sound and notifications on their phones loud all evening and night long. "Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant attached to it and good food. Very quiet at night time and the rooms are as new. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and super friendly. We missed our flight and they made sure we are still looked after. What else can you say? Thank you to hotel staff and management!"
