No furniture or decor to make the room more comfortable, such as a TV that allows chromecast or streaming, place to sit and put shoes on/off, or even a small sofa or couch to sit on. There are empty spaces around the room that could use decor/furniture to make it more comfortable. The rug is the worst part of the hotel room. "The exterior of the property is a bit run down, but the inside was fine. Since we did late check-in, our rooms pincode was left on a card on the door frame as were other rooms', so anyone inside could just note the access codes and access these rooms. Kinda scary. Second time staying, would stay again. "

"A unique hotel with bedrooms and outdoor hot tub facing north so you can watch the northern lights from the hotel. At the edge of town with resteraunt and bedroom view over river and smoking hills from the local hot springs. The breakfast was amazing and staff helpful. We dined in the resteraunt a few times during our stay. The food is amazing but a little pricey. Much like all icelandic resteraunts. Some beautiful walks around the area. Would definately stay here again. "
