"Hotel Reykjavik Grand was a great value for the price. Upon arriving I was surprised that it was such a fancy hotel given that the price was considerably under the other possibilities. The staff was helpful and friendly. But the best thing for us was the restaurant and bar, Grande Brasserie, whose menu was created by an award winning chef Icelandic chef. It is on the perimeter of the main tourist zone, but even with my limited mobility, we managed to walk and see some of the main attractions of Reykjavik. The spa was being renovated, but the Hilton spa is just a few minutes walk away."

"Laugavegur is the main touristic street in Reykjavik, so the hotel is very well located, walking distance to good restaurants, and important touristic spots. Very quiet, although in a touristic area. The staff is very nice, food is good and the hotel and rooms are clean."

"The Hotel is amazing! Staff were wonderful. We had a major bus stop outside of the Hotel so it was so convenient for pickups on tours. The Hotel was so centrally located in the city that we walked to everything! The complimentary Breakfast was so appreciated!"

"We had an amazing experience. The hotel is centrally located and easy to access bus stops 5 and 6 along with the Main Streets and down town. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is not luxury hotel but accommodations were comfortable. "
