"Location excellent--2 blocks down to Malecon. Lots of great dinner, breakfast and bar options within 10 minutes. Dinner at Casamarte gives wonderful of sunsets, people watching. Parking--tricky, but have to know the colour system for curbside paint, no parking in red, green, yellow or blue. White/no colour is OK. Got a spot by the hotel front door. Interior is spacious and like an art gallery under renovation. Room 5 also spacious, but needs blinds to keep lobby lights out of the room."

"ok- I put walkable- it is 2 miles into town. But it is a very nice walk. The town has done an unbelievable job creating this long path into town. The property was great. "Very unique hotel with only 5 rooms, each with their own character. We had the Giuseppe Room and it was huge. Bed super comfortable, lots of room towels and towels for the beach. Honour bar in a beautiful loung was a great touch for us as we enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony in the rocking chairs as we watched the neighbourhood and the ocean view.
