"Follow the instructions from the property group. Don’t try to Google Map it. That app was very wrong and got us in a mess the first night trying to find it in the dark. Looks like they were fixing the outdoor pool shower toward the end of our stay so that will be great for future guests to use before going up to the room. Would stay again. "

"We had a beautiful stay. The outdoor living space was the reason we booked. The views were amazing. The kitchen could have been more stocked. I felt a few more reusable containers could have been nice to pack coolers to the beach but the excess beach supplies were fantastic! Chairs, umbrella, and a cooler.were awesome. "

"We stayed at La Concha 11 years ago & glad we stayed there again. Condo has amazing view with lots of room to spread out. Many amenities. Great beach right out front (can get noisy at night on the weekends), 2 great restaurants, pool/hot tub was added plus. It is a bit of a walk to the Malecon, but doable. Easy drive to other beautiful beaches as well. Cost of diving went up drastically, so be prepared! Our host, Myca, was very responsive. Will definitely return."

The condo building is a quick 5-ish minute drive to the Malecon and the best beaches to the north. The unit itself could have been cleaned better prior to arrival. Floors weren’t swept well as we found a lot of black long hair everywhere, food was still on the kitchen counters. The unit is lacking dishware(only 2 glasses, 3 wine glasses(1 broken in cupboard), no cups to take...
