" During our 5-night stay, we had several issues that significantly impacted our experience: 1. No hot water in the room. 2. We were assigned the wrong room despite paying for an upgrade to a better one. 3. Room service was forgotten on two out of the five nights, and we had to ask for it to be done. 4. Lack of privacy – people can easily see through the window while you're showering, and you can hear everything happening in other rooms. 5. The spa was out of service and couldn’t be used. 6....
