"Good property .. renovation under way but managed well & apologetic about it."

"It was a great place to stay, with the benefit of a mountain location and easy access to town by taking a shortcut on the property. Note that it is a good uphill hike back from town. A taxi or tuk-tuk may be a better idea coming back at night. Our room was next to the parking lot and was noisy as trucks and cars came in and out. It was the building right beside the main building. They have more secluded units that I would encourage you to get. I recommend this place. "

"The receptionist was not customer friendly at all. Ask me for my passport in order to check in so if your a tourist from another country you don’t pay taxes. The receptionist Ask me for a photo of my document and picture of my entry date then she still did not honor it after I showed her what she asked me for. Terrible customer service "
