"Stayed many times here, staff and very helpful, rooms are excellent, spacious, breakfast provides usual Colombian offerings but good. The roof top bar is being renovated but the is a small bar on the ground floor that is very nice, the pool is still accessible from the roof but its always fairly cold as isa jacuzzi. They very kindly added an extra Wi-Fi point to allow better signal in my room which was initially awful, but they fixed it immediately, Close to shops and mall and good restaurants...

Since we were not going to be able to have breakfast at the hotel they offered to prepare it to go. It was so nice to have fresh fruit and a warm sandwich. Well packed for the 4 of us.
