"Top level room with unbeatable views and a jacuzzi on the balcony was near perfect. Only the AC and the safe did not work, but I did not need them so did not bother to ask. Cooked to order breakfast was pretty good. "

"Great experience, great location, great accommodations, awesome view from the sky lounge terrace, comfortable beds and excellent service.The breakfast is good and has a good assortment of choices to get you going until lunch time or further. The a la cart menu has a variety of meats and drinks at affordable prices. Very happy overall and would recommend it without a doubt. Yuri the room attendant was very professional, respectful and friendly. Alexa the breakfast hostess was very attentive and always say hello with a smile. even follow up with a random question i had the first time i met her. Sebastian and Luis the restaurant servers were very helpful and making sure everybody was being taken care of. The bell staff was friendly and helpful (sorry, i don't remember their names). I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Pereira. Hope to see you soon."
