During our 5-night stay, we had several issues that significantly impacted our experience: 1. No hot water in the room. 2. We were assigned the wrong room despite paying for an upgrade to a better one. 3. Room service was forgotten on two out of the five nights, and we had to ask for it to be done. 4. Lack of privacy – people can easily see through the window while you're showering, and you can hear everything happening in other rooms. 5. The spa was out of service and couldn’t be used. 6. There was no TV in the room. 7. Poor service – the staff was inattentive and unresponsive. Overall, we found this stay to be overpriced given the issues we mentioned.

Gran hotel en el eje cafetero. Aún con cosas que mejorar (abrieron hace 1 mes), pero en términos generales, una excelente opción para descansar. Lujo en las montañas. Paz y hermosos paisajes. La mejor piscina del mundo (caliente y con una vista inmejorable).
