"Japanese style room with beautiful view. The room and hotel are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great options. Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

"After traveling and exploring the bustling areas of Ueno park, Ginza, and Odaiba, it was nice to be somewhere tranquil and quiet. My partner and I were happy with coming to this place where nature is plentiful. The public baths were extremely soothing, and we found our stay restful. "We attend one night while visiting Kawaguchiko. Our room was lovely with a large bathroom with a wonderful bathtub, a nice covered patio and plenty of room to be comfortable. The front desk held our luggage when we arrived and delivered it to our room so it was ready for us when we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again. "
