"The hotel is extremely spacious, super clean and has all the household needs. More importantly, the owner couple is very nice! We asked them to call for the taxi, they drove us to where we needed instead for free! You can see the Mt. Fuji from the upper balcony very clearly! Would recommend everyone to come to this hotel!"

"Thank you to Mr. Ogawa that help us alot during the stay. We received the best service we ever had In this trip to Japan. The villa is super cosy and clean. Superb bathtub and toilet. Overall really worth to stay in FJ Resort!!"

"周りの環境は、普段都会では味わえない自然を感じられてとて気持ちよかったです。周りを山に囲まれて非日常感を楽しめました。ただ詳細な写真のような河原でのBBQをするのには労力が必要であり、少し残念な気持ちがありました。"

"They provide an amazing pick-up service with one caveat; they sent the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call. (The correct number is able to be found on the internet easily, I am just not very smart) When you call the number they send, it tells you the number doesn't exist. I had to take a bus up to the place, and then walk uphill in the dark with my luggage for about 20 minutes. They give you a convenient book that tells you the Bus station information desk can call them. But they didn't send this...

"As soon as you open the door you smell the mold! This should not be a rental as it cannot be safe to stay in. You can see the mold seeping through the walls (I have pucs if needed) and the smell is terrible! Communication was difficult prior to check in."

"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"I love the Mt.Fuji view in the room. The local is very friendly and walkable. We rode bicycle around the local and enjoyed so much. The staff could help with anything you request which is super nice. "
