"Great location"

"We arrived late and it was the night of the boss' wedding. Yeah, right. So we couldn't park the car in the underground garage at the Hotel but had to find a place on the street wherever I could. No restaurant for the night of course, you know, the wedding. A complimentary drink in exchange. Well, decide for yourself. Other than these it was a nice place, for one night we had to spend there."

"It was close to many architectural buildings to see. So many food options to choose from. It was a short walk from the central station. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front counter staff were very helpful and knew the area well. "

"Unfortunately the building has wooden floors so you hear everyone walking around. Also, we were in the room beside the lift which meant people were waiting outside our door. But the location is good - central, but not in a noisy area in general. There was an event going on one night which was noisy but i put ear plugs in (they dont stop the vibration if people's feet on hard floors though). "

"This hotel is right in the thick of things. The room was quite large and spare in furnishings. It was clean and well appointed. The front desk staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and getting us a taxi. Extremely well located. Nothing fancy but does the job."

"Everything was good. The member of staff on reception when we checked in was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and great condition. Enjoyed the breakfast options and using the gym. Easy enough to get into Ghent via taxi (didn’t try public transport)."

"So the eco friendliness was only marked down because despite them saying put your towels on the rail if you do not need them changing, they changed them anyway. It’s a nice thing but not eco friendly."

"Smart and quite trendy renovation of old monastery. There was a cold tap alongside my wash basin but no hot tap. Very odd - perhaps a legacy from monastic times ! Ha ha. I was on first floor and never did find the toilet so I always have to go downstair to the first floor to the toilet. Perhaps there was hot water and a first floor toilet but never found them. "

"The hotel was a jewel in the area, great price, amazing staff, walkable area, definitely will come back on my next visit."
