"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."

"The only matter with the mansion is houskeeping, the room is not cleaned on daily basis but on request, otherwise i trully enjoyed my stay and will stay in this mansion if i visit mardin again and shall recommend it to friends. Staff are very helpfull specially Mr. Ismail at the reception "

"Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out."
